Students will sample elementary mixed script texts on aspects of Korean culture, customs, and contemporary life. A final aspect of the course is the use of authentic video materials and continued practice with short written compositions. This course is also appropriate for students of Korean ethnic background with some home knowledge of, and/or Saturday school experience with Korean who are deemed over-qualified for KORN 104.
